Process Steps1. You sign up to BookAOnline by completing our sign up process. Your nominated credit card is charged a $198 one-off fee per clinic.
2. You set your Clinic defaults. These include options such as short or long bookings, standard opening hours, security settings, SMS reminders and more. These defaults apply to all calendars created but can be changed for each calendar.
3. You create individual calendars. Each calendar incurs a charge of $33 per month or $0.33 per booking whichever is greater. This charge is monthly and per calendarnot per clinic like the sign on fee.
4. At this stage you set individual calendar defaults such as information required when the patient makes a booking. You can adjust any calendar setting. | |
